Track Listing/Direction Of The Album

1. Rednecks (0:56)
2. 21st Century War Theme (4:32)
3. Clinically Insane (2:02)
4. My Father's Son (3:26)
5. Detours & Dead Ends (3:36)
6. Private Pain (3:28)
7. Hard Ass (1:38)
8. Four Eyes And A 10 Cent Mind (5:29)

Tracks 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 are in the Rock genre. "21st Century War Theme" and "Private Pain" are Metal-influenced, "Clinically Insane" and "Detours & Dead Ends" are hard rock (with a classic rock twinge on the latter), and "Hard Ass" is a brief minute and a half Metal instrumental with a Piano section. Making this, primarily, a Rock album.

Tracks 1, 4, and 8 are the only ones that can really be considered experimental in the project. Track 1 is a spoken-word skit making fun of rednecks (everything was done on it by me, and me alone), track 4 was a Human Error Sequence outtake with a reggae-rap like theme to it, and track 8 is mockingly Country influenced. And where you've got rap disses, it's one of the probably only Country disses out there, directed at now-hated UEF member Billmaster. The song, however, really only lasts 3 minutes and 34 seconds. At the end, there's one minute of silence, and a hidden track entitled "Gun Control." You'll just have to hear this one to know where I go with it. :P

Release Date And Recording Time

The recording of the album was spanned out between March - June 2008, and was released onto my MySpace in it's entireity, and on LastFM, on June 28, 2008. As of me typing this, it's also on MegaUpload.

Outtakes From The CD That Were Recorded

1. Rampage (Liberty City) [recorded June 2008]

Too death-rap-metalish and fast-paced for the CD. It didn't fit with anything else on here, so while it wasn't deleted, it was removed from the project and kept in a special secret file on my computer with all my other B-Sides and Outtakes. None of which will be released anytime soon on any sort of album or EP.

2. So You Wanna Diss (Feat. Jokuah) [recorded May 2008]

The vocals turned out crap on my behalf, and Eric (Jokuah) didn't mix his loud enough. And as of my typing this out, he's also managed to lose the lyrics. So the song is officially cancelled. Never to see the light of day. Not unless he gets lucky, anyway...

Outtakes That Were NOT Recorded

1. Summer Of Love
2. The Suffering
3. Under The Wheels Of My Car
4. The Price Of Freedom
5. Another Excuse
6. 20 Years
7. Agent Orange
8. Cold As The Wind
9. Counting The Years
10. For The Better
11. Gunshops
12. Dirty Black Heart
13. Happy Not To Know
14. Don't Know
15. Force Of Faith

...and many others

The Myspace music player in Flash.

I can send you them if you really want.

Short Bus is really A+

But eh I like your really really old school stuff more. You kinda lost your edge. I thought you knew you had to get even more wicked and vulgar each album?

Edit:
Also some feedback you gotta learn to speak up! Your music really overpowers your vocals IMHO.

Short Bus is pretty good, you're very talented with the loops and arranging them into something that sounds like real rock :) I sure as hell couldn't do it.

Your vocals could use a little work, you sound good when you're doing your creepy whisper thing, but when you start to sing it tends to be somewhat flat and out of tune (I have the same problem often, so I know where I'm coming from) Also one of the distortion settings that you use really slurs the words and it's hard to understand.

Also save up and get a new mic :)

I've got an ATR20 Vocal Mic my friend Eric gave me for Christmas (it didn't come with a bow or anything, but it WAS Christmas), and I scrapped the other computer mic before "Lost In The Blue" got recorded in December. I just need to better mix things as far as that goes. And I need to upgrade to a paid recording program that isn't Audacity for that. Other than that, I'll take the rest of that into consideration.

The CD was released at the end of June, but I was too lazy to update this thread until now. And actually, haven't even thought to. But the topic's essentially been re-written, and the poll has been re-done with new options. EVERYONE cast your opinions on my most recent work of art, NOW!!! :P
