Right now, mine has to be either Iron Man or Enchanted still.
What is yours?

Boondock Saints, by far.
Closest one too that would have to be the new Rambo.
The fighting scenes in that were INTENSE!!!!!

Heh, the Dark Chrystal. Jim Henson bastard children, but yes, it was an amazingly well done movie.
The Godfather. Straight up, seriously, amazing. I have yet to see anything trump it.

Wow, other people have seen the Dark Crystal? Neat.
I also love basically all Jim Henson-type films (including star wars Yoda baby).
WILLOW. Always epic in my mind.
Speaking of epic, 10th Kingdom is the best.
The Godfather trilogy, Pulp Fiction, the Kill Bill movies, Scarface, Goodfellas, and the Rocky movies. Rocky Balboa is the best one to come out since Rocky III I think.
EDIT: Can't forget Rambo, either. What I've seen from First Blood, and the new one, I like.

Right now... original sweeny todd in all of it's glory
Seriously, not enough people have seen the original, let alone know there is an original. It makes me sad.
But yes, the new one was surprisingly well done, and I must say, to much my surprise, he can actually sing.

Too bad the director is full of gay and didn't include the opening song :(

I will never understand people constantly updating their favorite movies with time, as if movies are constantly improving (they are not). Some good movies are new, but some old ones will reign forever.
The Nightmare before Christmas
Donnie Darko
The Road to El Dorado
The Emperor's New Groove
The Lost Room (technically a Sci-Fi mini series, but the best one I've ever seen)
Goldeneye
I could probably think of more later. Of course I love Star Wars and LotR, but so does most of the world.

I have a lot of favourite movies, most of them from the 90s. Goldeneye is definitely one of my favourite, and good to know that someone shares it :).
Independence Day and the original Men in Black also remains one of my all time favourite as well, along with Ninja turtles, Nightmare Before Christmas. Can't think of anymore for now.

I used to have no TV channels, but Independence Day and MIB were a couple of my limited video selection. I've watched them too much. Good movies, nevertheless. I tend to like most of Will Smith's stuff. I thought I Am Legend was pretty awesome. It was nice for a movie to give me a proper sense of conclusion for once, without being silly.

Personally I didn't like Goldeneye to much, it was decent, but...dunno. I guess I'm still stuck in the days of Sean connery. Best bond ever.
Speaking of good old Connery, while not a favorite, but The Rock was a god damn amazing movie.
As for recent movies, I enjoyed the most recent Bond and Iron Man.
The Death Note live action bored me. The latest Indy flick was so-so for me as well.
Looking forward to the Watchmen, the next Hellboy, the next Batman, and the next Sin City.

Connery is great, but Brosnon really does justice to the part. Sometimes Connery would have that look like he was really struggling, or concerned, but Brosnon seemed to be more confident of being in control of the situation, which I like.
I have to say, though, Casino Royale was way too dark for my tastes in Bond Movies.

It wouldn't be so bad if it were classified as something other than Bond. It doesn't fit the bill well. And Texas Hold'em? Gimme a break. Bond is always Baccarat.

I wouldn't say best, that's for sure, for one, it had a horrible villain. Just horrible. But it was pretty well done, and considering the last, 3 I believe bond movies that where out before it, I'm glad to see they are getting Bond right again.

My god yes. Best musical of all time. Of. All. Time.

Negative. House of Flying Daggers is Zhang Ziyi's best.
#1 Fight Club
Awesome movie, smart, and has a pretty great message.
#2 Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Movie Film For Theaters
If you don't like ATHF, you won't like this movie. It was for the fans and it delivered. Laughed my ass off.
#3 Super Troopers
Another hilarious movie. The movie that made Broken Lizard.
#4 Hott Fuzz / Shaun of the Dead
I liked these two equally. Hilarious.
#5 Die Hard / First Blood
Classic action movies done right.
#6 Godfather 1 + 2
I did not like Godfather 3. What the fuck was up with the cousin on cousin action?! And that little punk Andy Garcia as the new Godfather? Nah.
#7 Memento
A very cool movie played completely in reverse, sorta. Definitely give it a rent if you havent seen it already.
I could go on and on but I'll stop there for now.
