Has anyone played this game? I couldn't find the thread so here it is.
How is the game? Is it worth buying? I plan on buying the PC port since I do not own a PS3.

Fun game. Lots of fun. It's pretty much an FPS without an S. I've only played the first chapter generally. Basically you'd be running along the rooftop, avoiding cops while it seems you gather info, collect things, fight off cops and people, mostly through martial arts, rather than weapons (although you can still use weapons). There's a lot of stunt etc. It's a pretty unique game. I'll post more when I play more. I am currently renting this from Gamefly (and would probably keep when I have money)

I downloaded it and played it through. It was pretty, but didn't really hold my attention longer than that. I'd say rent it, but the PC is a bit more permanent than rental.

If you like Prince of Persia, you'll probably like this game. Just think of it as Prince of Persia (without the fighting, just the movements) from a first-person perspective.

I did like Prince of Persia but not the newest one. I dislike that one. The only reason I didn't like the new one(Though I borrowed it from a friend) was because it was too easy. There is no death or anything in that game, unless you get cut up or something.
Meh I think I might 'pass' on this game.

Just rent it, KM and try it. That's why I generally have Gamefly.

I can't rent it, it's for the PS3/PC only. D: MEh, I looked it up, I can get it for the 360.
I -don't- like renting, torrenting or gamefly.
Why the hell would I rent a game, perhaps beat it or get half way. Then realize what is the point? That's why I don't like gamefly. It's a great idea but the fact that if I get an awesome game. Why should I spend 30-60 bucks(Used or new game version) for a game I already beat?
That's why I don't like to rent, torrent or anything. Just for the sheer fact I know I won't ever buy it if I get a chance.

because if you're not sure if you like the game, you could rent it, see if you like it or not, and then keep it? You can generally do that with gamefly, you know >.>
Here's a trailer. This is actual gameplay (though, when you first start playing, there will be objects that are highlighted in red to help you get around and make sure you don't get lost)

Below is a video that shows the red. As long as you follow the red trail, you should be able to make it to your goal (though you can turn the red trail off in the options menu)

I actually enjoyed the new one, and really, it's only a new mechanic to the "OH SH- REVERSE! REVERSE TIME OH GOD" from the prior, only now you don't need to hope that you pressed the reverse button fast enough.

It's interesting but I think the red trail might be needed. Is there more fighting or are you more so running?

Oh yeah, there will be fighting, and there are fighting. You'll be fighting through cops, pretty much, and in other cases, y ou'll have to escape a horde of them.
