Hmh, I forgot Lain. Sorry, Lain :(

Gio, it depends. Midori Days seems to be french title for it, ”My Days With Midori” is official british title according the anidb. These are both quite accurate translations from Midori no Hibi, but I suggest just using japanese names if the serie isn't well known with english name(like Spirited Away). I suppose japanese names are more recognized because of fansubbing scene.

...I must have missed something or am just drunk. I thought I posted in here and I thought I already created the thread I'm about to create in a second. Hmmm.

Anyway, my favorite Anime series is obviously Hellsing.
My favorite Anime movie is Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust.

I'm not a big anime person but those two stood out for me.

I've tried watching Trigun and, while Vash the Stampede is an interesting character and one very similar to Alucard in appearance, the series didn't do too much for me. I like Paranoia Agent but sometimes it takes a little effort to sit through the episodes. One can only anticipate a Lil' Slugger attack before it becomes repetitive and monotonous.

I've not watched Blood: The Last Vampire but I've never been attracted to the art and that's been a major deterrent. The Devil May Cry anime was alright but lacked originality, in my opinion.

I've watched Inuyasha (the American version on TV) and Dragonball/-Z and neither impressed me too much.
