One of my favorite cases is The Texas Sniper:

Now this guy went out in style!
Anyways turns out However, it was revealed during the autopsy that Whitman had a cancerous (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cancer) glioblastoma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glioma) tumor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tumor) in the hypothalamus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypothalamus) region of his brain.
He tried to get help. :)
So I ask in a case like this do they still go to hell?
