Alright, like always, we've had #UEChat to use as official chatroom for all of us, but hardly anyone ever use it D: D: D:.
Anyway. In the navbar, you'll see "vBJirc Chat", that will take you directly to the chat room through java. Ideally, you'd want to use an IRC client.
Personally, I use mirc. (just google that), but there are several others, including Pidgin and trillian.
anyway INFORMATION:
Servername: irc.psigenix.net
port : 6667
I'll post more useful details later on.

I want ALL super moderator and administrator to register a nickname in IRC so I can set you up for operator.
***********************
Right now it's not a worry, so no rush,b ut I'd like to do this within the next few days.
anyway, some of us are always idling in #UEChat, so hope to see you there :D
Also, if the site is down, #UEChat will be the best way to get the information, regarding progress and such.

I set Tyne up as a bot, for various scripts including Dice bot, due to request for possible Dungeons and Dragons RPing in #UEChat.
By the way, I strongly suggest people to get an IRC client rather than usign the Java IRC client. Tyne doesn't seem to want to respond to java IRC users.
The recommend client is mIRC at www.mirc.com.
Yet I recommend irssi(irssi.org).

if you want to post a tutorial on that, go ahead and do it, so people can use ACTUAL CLIENTS instead of java IRC

And actual howto: http://irssi.org/documentation/startup

That's strange. I just tested it here, and it works fine. I assume that this is a Linux type operating system?

Sorry for the brief "don't" before. I was in the middle of installations.
I have the x64 Sun JRE running now. It's eliminated the aforementioned problem.
(Dig at Drifter in three, two, one...) And I didn't even need to use Windows to do it.

Could someone give me a refresher course on how to use MIRC I totally forget and also could someone explain how I go about making my own room? I want to make one so my friends on a game from different servers can talk to me
